Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sitewren ("the Service") at sitewren.co.uk, operated by Sitewren from Pakistan. By creating an account or purchasing a package you agree to them.

1. The Service

Sitewren provides automated SEO, AEO and GEO audits delivered to a web dashboard. Audits are sold as one-time packages (V1, V3, V6, V12). Multi-month packages include an automatic monthly re-audit for the coverage period stated at purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Reports are generated automatically by software. There is no human authorship, human review or manual analysis in a report. Findings are produced by our audit engine from what your site returns at the moment it is crawled.

2. Accounts and your website

• One website per account. A single website URL is associated with your account.
• The URL cannot be changed once set. It is fixed for the life of the account. If you need a different website audited, open a separate account.
• We do not verify ownership of the URL you submit. You are responsible for only submitting sites you own or are authorised to audit.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. How audits are run

• Audits require approval before running. Your first audit after purchase is queued for administrator approval and starts once it is approved.
• Recurring monthly audits approve automatically after a configured delay from the moment they are created, unless an administrator approves them sooner or rejects them.
• Monthly audits for a V3, V6 or V12 package are generated on the anniversary day of your purchase, at 09:00 UTC.

4. Acceptable use

You may only submit websites you own or are authorised to audit. You must not use the Service to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to any site, and you must not resell or redistribute reports as your own automated auditing product.

5. Coverage period and expiry

Each package carries a coverage period (one-time for V1; 3, 6 or 12 months for V3, V6 and V12). When the coverage period ends, your account becomes read-only: existing reports stay viewable, but PDF downloads and new audits are disabled. Buying a new package re-activates the account and your history is preserved.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and charged once per package. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout by the Merchant of Record.

Merchant of Record. When you buy a package, our authorised payment provider is the Merchant of Record and the seller of record for that transaction. That name — not Sitewren — is what appears on your card statement and on the invoice you receive. Sitewren provides the audit service itself.

7. Refunds and your right to cancel

Refunds, and the effect of asking us to start your audit immediately, are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Bot-protected sites

If a site's bot protection blocks our crawler, the audit is marked blocked, it does not consume your quota, and we email you instructions for allowing our crawler through. You keep the audit and can re-run it once the block is lifted.

9. Liability

The Service provides automated recommendations, not guarantees of ranking outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package.
